Wyatt James Cottrell, age 9, of Blowing Rock, passed away April 14, 2023, at his home.

Wyatt was born June 10, 2013, in Forsyth County. A son of Pace and Autumn Cottrell.

In addition to his father and mother he is survived by one sister, Aubree Cottrell and one brother, Syiles Bishop both of Blowing Rock, paternal-grand-parents, Jim and Wynne Cottrell of Blowing Rock, his maternal-grand-mother, Ruth Pierce Hall of West Virginia, maternal-great-grandparents, Brenda and Howard Pierce of Wilkesboro, paternal-great-grandparents, Harvey and Barbara Bradley of Atlanta, Georgia, .

He was preceded in death by his maternal-grandfather, James Hall, Paternal-great-grandmother, Granberry and one great-aunt, Jane Hinson.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced.
