Michael Earl Isaacs, age 56, of Boone, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Watauga Medical Center.

He was born June 19, 1965, in Watauga County. A son of the late James and Edith Isaacs.

He is survived by two sons, Andrew Joshua Isaacs and Josiah David Isaacs, one brother, James Isaacs and wife Melissa, two nieces, Jamie Isaacs and Angela Isaacs Bland, two great-nephews, Remington Bland and Lincoln Bland, two brothers-in-law, Richard Coffey and Randall Coffey and his former wife and the mother of his children, Brenda Anne Coffey Isaacs.

In addition to his father and mother he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Don and Ora Isaacs, his maternal grandparents,  Raymond and Ophelia Watson and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charlie and Joanne Coffey.

NOTE:  Funeral Services are now rescheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 1, 2022 in Flat Springs Baptist Church.

The body will lie in state from 9:00 until 5:00 Friday, at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel so friends may pay their respect and sign the guest registry.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mount Vernon Baptist Church Youth and Children's Ministry, 3505 Bamboo Road, Boone, North Carolina 28607.

A Celebration of Life Service is being planned for sometime in February after the COVID Omicron Peak.
