Kathy Lynn Earp, age 67, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 8, 2023.

She was born August 18, 1957, in West Virginia to the late William and Lillian Mounts.

She is survived by, her daughter, Lillian Grubb, three grandchildren, Tre Grubb, Dustin Grubb and Abygail Grubb all of Boone, one sister, Debbie Mullins of Mountain City, four brothers, Thurman Mounts and wife Wilma of Thomasville, NC, Billy Mounts and wife Brenda of Thomasville, Roger Mounts of Mountain City and Matthew Mounts and wife Sandy of Vilas, one sister-in-law, Debbie Mounts of Thomas and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father and mother she was preceded in death by four brothers, Danny, Eddie, Gene and Bobby Mounts and three sisters, Phyllis Moody, Gail Mounts and Nancy Mounts, and one brother-in-law, Tracy Mullis.

Kathy loved her fur babies, Mercedes, Dozer, Argo, Atikis, Bentley and Mayback.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 14, 2033, at 3:30 PM at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Vanderpool Cemetery. Pastor Derrick Wilson will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 until 3:30, prior to the service.
