Jack Huskins Jr. age 84, passed away April 11, 2023.

He was born September 19, 1938 in Mitchell County NC the son of Jack Huskins Sr. and Lessie Young Huskins. He was retired from the Department of Transportation and was a Veteran having served in the United states Navy.

He is survived by one daughter, Melissa Huskins Calhoun and husband Robert of Jefferson, NC, one son, Jack Huskins III and wife Carolyn of Boone, NC, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Jones Huskins, 2 sisters and 1 brother.

The family will have a private service.
