Imogene Yates Blake, age 89 passed away on April 13, 2023 at her home in Ash, North Carolina.

Born on April 6, 1934 to the late Fred and Ethel Matheson Yates of Vilas, North Carolina.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Walker Blake, two sisters, Letha Kiser and Margaret Mast, five brothers, Dexter, Howard, Olas, Larry and infant brother Ernest Clay.

She is survived by one brother, Fred Yates and one sister, Phyllis Yates, both of Vilas, NC. Surviving are her children, Charles Randall Blake, Gregory Dale Blake and Bradford Steven Blake. Jean was blessed to be survived by a number of grandchildren and great grand children as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be scheduled at a later date.
