Guy Gideon Taylor, age 56 of Boone passed away Monday January 2, 2023, in Boone.

He was born May 29, 1966, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. A son of the late Sidney Lawrence Taylor and Cora Watson Taylor. Guy was kind, caring, and loved by all.

He is survived by two sisters, June Taylor of Charlotte and Cindy Taylor Lisenby and Allen Newell of Chesterfield, South Carolina, one brother, Jason Taylor and wife Michelle of New Egypt, New Jersey, cherished "adopted" children, David Weed and Courtney Hass and a brother in spirit, Dusty Childress. He is also survived by numerous cousins, including Chadwick, Erica, Joseph and wife Helen.

A Celebration of Guy's Life will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM at New Egypt Elks Lodge #2457 at 105 Lakewood Rd, New Egypt, NJ.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to New Egypt Library, 119 New Egypt Allentown Road, New Egypt, New Jersey 08533.
