Debbie Marie Osborne, age 51, of Zionville, NC went to her heavenly home on October 24th, 2026.

Born October 4th, 1975, to Johhny and Martha Reece of Boone, NC, Debbie was a member of the Baptist denomination. Debbie loved working and retired with 25 years of service from Appalachian State University in 2025. Debbie loved animals and would feed any animal that passed through her back yard. Her favorite animal was the sloth, which she would have loved to own. She loved talking to people and never met a stranger. Her favorite season was fall. Debbie will be remembered for her resilience and strength throughout her illness, also her warmth, love and devotion to her family.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 22 years, Travis Osborne, her mother, Martha Reece, a dear uncle, Claude Yates, and many cousins.

Debbie is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Reece, and many aunts and uncles.

Her family is grateful for the love, kindness, and support during this time.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00pm on Friday, October 30th at Hampton Cemetery
