Dallas Duke Icenhour, age 72, of Boone passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Glenbridge Health and Rehab.

He was born June 10, 1950, in Watauga County. A son of the late Arthur and Martha Wilson Icenhour.

He is survived by one sister, Carolyn Canter of Todd, one brother, Carroll Icenhour of Boone, one sister-in-law, Reta Icenhour of Goldsboro and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father and mother he was preceded in death by one sister, Grace Icenhour and four brothers, James, Dean, Gene and Walter Icenhour and one brother-in-law, Harvey Canter.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday April 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Culler Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00, prior to the service.
