Obituary

Adrian Ross Williamson, age 49, of Fleetwood passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023, at his home.

He was born April 26, 1974, in Iredell County a son of Terry Williamson and the late Vickie Hoke Williamson. Ross was an avid musician, having a large Fender guitar collection that was his prize possessions, and he was in a band for many years. He enjoyed working on his vintage Camaro and his 47 Chevy. He was the owner and operator of a roofing business. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy,  his wife was his entire world and he enjoyed fishing with his granddaughter.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Pearson Williamson of Fleetwood, son, James Gragg and Desiree of Fleetwood, daughter, DeRhonda Stilwell and husband Steven of Taylorsville, daughter, Elaina Gragg and Dylan of Fleetwood, son, Jacob Williamson and wife Angel of Taylorsville, one sister, Crystal Williamson of Taylorsville, three granddaughters, Lana Pearson of Taylorsville, Allissa Williamson of Taylorsville and Mikayla Farmer of Creston and one grandson, Levi Williamson of Taylorsville, his mother-in-law, Georgia Pearson of Blowing Rock, brothers-in-law, Johnny Pearson and wife, Reita of Banner Elk; Tim Pearson and wife, Mary of Boone; Jerry Pearson and wife, Jeanie of Blowing Rock; and  David Pearson of Marion, a special friend/brother, Kevin Miller of Taylorsville and several aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews and his beloved dog Paisley.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by father-in-law, Bill Pearson.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Zane Tester will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00, prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hampton Funeral Service to help with the funeral expenses.
